Location
3035 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, Georgia
Le Colonial Atlanta is a celebration of the seductive spirit and vivid flavors reminiscent of Saigon in the 1920's. Heralded as "an escapist’s paradise," the famed French-Vietnamese institution is designed to capture Vietnam's era of romance and soft architecture in The Buckhead Village.
Located on the second floor, the elevator opens on a lavish palm-filled dining room filled with overhead fans, leather banquettes, and is flanked by a veranda with Parisian-Style sidewalk café seating. Beyond the main dining room, a large bar and lounge awaits replete with mahogany millwork and plush seating creating the perfect atmosphere for cocktails and light fare. Custom louvered shutters surround the front veranda which connects to an additional, fully enclosed terrace overlooking Buckhead Avenue. The Lotus Room, the idyllic private chef’s dining room, nestled next to the front entrance is anchored by a mural created by well-known Swedish muralist Jonas Wickman, seats up to 14 for private dinners and has its own specially designed tasting menu.

A lifelong entrepreneur by way of Sweden, Rick Wahlstedt is the creator and/or partner and driving force behind some of the country’s most successful, innovative and acclaimed culinary and hospitality concepts such as Japonais, Le Bilboquet, La Goulue, L’Escale and Artisan.
Wahlstedt’s uncanny ability to know what his patrons want is based on a simple principle: he creates sophisticated, inviting and unpretentious venues that he and his friends would enjoy.
